Conducted by Brands Academy to felicitate the country's leaders excelling in education, the award was presented by VVS Laxman to Managing Director of IMS, Mr. Kamlesh Sajnani in New Delhi. The award was based on various factors including a long-track record and innovation in coaching.

Presented in the first half of March, the award signified excellence in imparting training by evaluating the faculty, level of student-teacher interaction, level of infrastructure and facilities, and the results earned by students.
