  • (1888PressRelease) July 31, 2013 - Kolkata - Hyatt Regency Kolkata plays host to Curry Life Magazine's unique annual festival- The Taste of Britain Curry Festival in Waterside Café from August 23rd to 31st, 2013. The festival will feature signature creations of Michelin Star Chef Dominic Chapman who will be treating the citizens of Kolkata with 70 different delectable curries along with his team of six expert chefs.

    Chef Chapman has 17 years of experience in the culinary industry and has worked with some of the most illustrious restaurants in the UK, including Kensington Place, The Fat Duck and The Hinds Head.

    During his first stint in India, Chef Chapman intends to create gourmet magic that will leave the taste-buds of Kolkattans tingling. His repertoire will include classics and new favourites like British Chicken tikka masala, Lamb chops with plum and coriander sauce and Bengal Lancers shrimp curry.
