Hunton & Partners Consultancy Completes Zarek/Dobieslaw's Transaction

    To find the best possible acquirer for Zarek, Hunton & Partners Consultancy marketed the company to roughly 1,500 prospective buyers.

    Financing for the deal was provided by Bank of Waterbury with an SBA guarantee. Zarek Brothers were especially pleased to obtain a primarily cash deal at closing.
