  • Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN-WI (1888PressRelease) December 02, 2010 - Horton, Inc., has hired Michel Locquegnies as director of international business development. Locquegnies will focus on Horton's continued development of international markets, particularly Asia and Latin America.

    Locquegnies has more than 25 years of international business experience, including opening and managing businesses in Europe and Asia, as well as working with OEMs, distributors and value-added resellers on a global basis.

    Most recently, Locquegnies was with Cenco, Inc. a New Brighton, Minn.-based supplier of jet engine testing equipment. With Cenco, Locquegnies managed global OEMs including GE Aviation and Rolls Royce Aero Engines, and global airlines including Lufthansa and Air France.

    Locquegnies also worked for Plasmon PLC, a UK-headquartered network data storage company. During his 10 years with Plasmon, Locquegnies established OEMs, distributors and value-added resellers in China, Japan, Korea and other Asia countries.

    Locquegnies has a bachelor's degree from Minnesota State University in St. Cloud. A native of Sweden, Locquegnies has lived in The Netherlands and currently resides in Minnesota.
