Academy Award Winning Talent And Grammy Artists Find A Second Home In New Zealand-To Showcase Local Talent.

Who said positive action and news can't evolve from a pandemic, if we focus on our ability to adapt, and maintain a creative outlook on life, anything is possible.
With those words of inspiration, and that thought in mind, Darryl Tombleson has influenced a number of his US Production team and celebrity friends to take an extended working holiday to New Zealand and Australia, partly influenced by Chris Hemsworth, Zac Efron and Matt Damon in Byron Bay.
"Movies and music are a fantastic remedy to pick up our spirits, and allow us to escape the pressure of life,and take some control of our emotional state, whether that be for a hour,a day or ideally a lifetime, given enough self-belief", says Tombleson.
As a reporter,I know myself, having grown up in a small town in Texas, and making the move to New York after college, to pursue my dreams of becoming a writer, took a lot of soul searching, and discipline on my part.
A number of award winning actors and singers have shared a similar experience,to be able to explore their talent, live their dream and give back to others, was the driving force behind the support of Darryl's production company move back to Australia and New Zealand.
"So much local talent goes unnoticed in small country regions, and if I can assist in 'shining a light' on that potential,this can make all the difference in the support of an artists career,and that's why I decided to relocate a number of our US productions back to New Zealand and Australia, admittedly the coronavirus influencing that decision initially.
"There's an incredible amount of talent in New Zealand, having grown up there,I hadn't for a moment considered that one day I'd have the opportunity to rub shoulders on the red-carpet with celebrities, and be a part of the entertainment community in Los Angeles and New York".
Above and beyond the business aspect of life, having attended a number of Darryl's production screenings and events, a big emphasis has been placed on giving back to the community, with an added focus on the homeless and members of the community suffering from domestic violence abuse, a percentage of funds is to be distributed to assist those desperately in need of a safety net and support.
With production facilities to be established throughout NZ, all genres of budding artists within the film,television and music industry will receive the opportunity to work alongside some of the most accomplished talent in the world, courtesy of Darryl's Productions and associates-Paramount Studios and Netflix.
