In his 30+ years of practice, founding partner Ronald J. Baron has developed extensive knowledge and experience in obtaining, enforcing and defending (against) patents in the chemical arts (including pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical delivery systems), petroleum processing, food and food chemistry, as well as the mechanical arts. He is published in journals and law reviews on critical topics relating to intellectual property and litigation and a lecturer before academia and business organizations. Baron served as a U.S. Army Officer in the Signal Corps from 1970 to 1975.
