Hodgdon-Miank Construction, Inc. has completed a $2 million major renovation of the Pierside Pavilion, a four-level retail, dining, and office complex located at 300 Pacific Coast Highway in downtown Huntington Beach, Calif. The renovation converted the former Mann 6 Theatre into 33,049 sq. ft. of multi-use Class "A" office and restaurant space and renovated a 118,790 sq. ft. parking structure.

Located at 14600 Ocean Gate Avenue in in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, the 33,952-square-foot free-standing retail building faces the 405 Freeway, and is just off of Rosecrans Avenue.

Hodgdon-Miank Construction recently completed the construction of Miguel's California Mexican Cocina & Cantina at The Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos in Corona, Calif. The restaurant is an 8,000 sq. ft. freestanding building with a 2,100 sq. ft. patio. Hodgdon-Miank Construction has previously built two other restaurants for Miguel's, one in Fontana and the other in Grand Terrace.
