The book is comprised of over 200 vintage images that together tell the story of this town first 167 years.     Named for the Biblical "Land of Cedars", Lebanon was founded in 1801 by Wilson County commissioners as the location for the newly formed county seat. Since then, it has been a hub for transportation, commerce and education in Middle Tennessee. With the advancement of this infrastructure brought industry and businesses including Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in 1969, which is still headquartered here today.
