He prosecutes and defends suits involving securities, corporate and partnership governance, fiduciary duties, non-competition covenants, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, commercial contracts, and business torts. Kevin received his J.D. from Boston College Law School graduating in the top 10% of his class cum laude.

    Jonathan R. Winnick joins the Firm as a partner in the Public Finance Law Group. He has in-depth experience in representing corporate trustees on specialized agency transactions, including escrows, paying agencies, and collateral agencies. Jonathan received his J.D. from Suffolk Law School graduating cum laude.

    Carmen L. Albert joins the Firm as an associate in the Real Estate Law Groups. Carmen's practice is focused on all areas of commercial real estate law, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and land use involving a broad range of property types including retail, office, industrial and multi-use properties. Carmen graduated from Boston University School of Law where she received her J.D.

    Rebecca F. Alperin joins the Firm as an attorney in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Law Group. With over eleven years of experience, she provides counsel to private, not-for-profit and public corporations on all aspects of employee benefits and ERISA matters, including plan design and implementation, plan administration and compliance, and employee benefits issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as group health plan issues including COBRA and HIPAA. Rebecca graduated from New York University School of Law with her J.D and her Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

    Luke R. Conrad joins the Firm as an associate in the Construction & Public Contracts Law Group. Luke's practice is focused on the representation of general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, owners/developers, architects and engineers in construction-related matters. He received his J.D. from the New England School of Law.

    Tanya Marie Curcio joins the Firm as an associate in the Intellectual Property Law Group. Tanya's practice is in the area of trademark and copyright law. Her focus is counseling in brand development and clearance, acquisition, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights in the United States and abroad. She graduated cum laude from Franklin Pierce Law Center with her J.D.

    James Nagelberg joins the Firm as an associate in the Litigation and White Collar Defense & Government Investigations Law Groups. He has experience advocating for individuals and companies in matters such as dispositive motions, discovery, proffers, trial preparation, and sentencing. James graduated cum laude from the Boston College Law School with his J.D.
