- Houston, TX (1888PressRelease) September 16, 2026 - Global food service equipment provider Henny Penny has extended its partnership with PRIME BPM for another three years, continuing its efforts to strengthen business process management and establish a scalable foundation for ongoing process improvement. The renewed agreement follows several years of collaboration between the two organizations, during which Henny Penny has developed a more structured approach to managing its business processes. The initiative has progressed from an initial pilot to a governed production environment designed to support process management across the organization. As part of the work, Henny Penny and PRIME BPM developed a process architecture and internal BPM standards aligned with the company's operational requirements. To date, Henny Penny has identified more than 850 business processes and documented more than 400. The company has also established a process framework intended to provide greater visibility into how work is performed across the organization and create a foundation for future journey mapping and continuous improvement. “By taking a collaborative approach with the PRIME BPM team, we were able to establish a business process framework that worked for our organization before scaling our documentation efforts,” said Bethany Bruns, Senior Director of Indirect Procurement at Henny Penny.
According to Bruns, the structured environment has also helped the company establish a clearer foundation for journey mapping while improving consistency and visibility as its business process management capabilities continue to mature. The partnership's next phase will see Henny Penny continue using PRIME BPM as its central business process management platform. The focus will remain on process visibility, governance and consistency, while supporting broader process improvement and transformation initiatives. “Throughout this journey, the PRIME BPM team took the time to understand how we wanted to structure our framework, provided valuable guidance, and incorporated enhancements that helped us achieve our objectives,” Bruns said.
Mark Khabe, Co-founder of PRIME BPM, said the company will continue supporting Henny Penny as it advances its operational excellence initiatives. “We’re delighted to continue our collaboration with Henny Penny. We’re happy to have supported their milestones and achievements and look forward to supporting the next stage of their Operational Excellence journey,” Khabe said.
