Hardin Construction Begins Work On Center for Health and Wellness in Odessa

Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) February 10, 2010 - Hardin Construction Company has begun work on a $11.9 million Center for Health and Wellness at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas.

Representatives of Hardin Construction Company, general contractor for the project, recently joined more than 100 celebrants, including Medical Center Hospital CEO Bill Webster, hospital board members and Odessa Mayor Larry Melton to officially launch work on the facility, which is designed to offer a broad range of healthcare and preventive services.

The Center for Health and Wellness will include medical offices, gym, pools, and spaces for rehabilitation and physical and speech therapy, as well as urgent care and patient imaging. It will also house a program called Mission Fitness, designed to offer adults engaging new ways of getting in shape and tracking progress on their personalized fitness goals.

The Austin office of Atlanta-based Hardin Construction Company, LLC is overseeing construction.

Grand opening of the Center is planned for October 2010.
