  • Durham, NC (1888PressRelease) May 27, 2014 - "Women handle their business everywhere they go. They stand at diaper changing tables, sit in office cubicles, stand on assembly lines, in classrooms teaching and direct and manage in corporate boards rooms. They serve as wives, mothers, sisters and friends. A woman's business is whatever she happens to be doing; whether it's getting her nails done, preparing dinner or talking with friends. She is handling her business," says Dr. Gail Hayes, host of the upcoming television and radio program, The Handle Your Business Girl Empowerment Zone (HYBG). She believes that "handling business" does not necessarily mean that a woman is a business owner.

Hayes, an internationally known communicator; both author and speaker and a veteran media personality has a passion for helping others reach their full potential and live empowered lives. She is hosting a television taping event in Durham. NC at the Shiki Sushi Asian Restaurant on Tuesday, June 3, 2014, where she will also be looking for guest hosts during the event.

"HYBG is partnering with Unity TV of Raleigh, NC and Radio for Divas Talk Radio Network for Women out of Grand Rapids, MI to produce programs that help women live empowered lives. We'll be covering topics from handling your relationships, your finances, to workplace bullying, other topics that impact women. We also want to hear men's voices in our community. We talk so much about them and they impact us in so many obvious ways that they must be a part of our conversation in order for us to make a difference," says Hayes.

There will also be something for teens. Christina G, Dr. Gail's 15 year old daughter will be a part of both the television and radio programs. She was badly bullied in school and will share from her experiences.
