Because of the growth and the high standards, Paramount was looking for a way to improve their new hire process.

    Maria Robinson is the Human Resource Representative responsible for posting and managing all jobs and managing the new applicant recruiting process at Paramount. They mainly recruit registered, licensed, certified nurses and medical aids. However, they also hire non-medical personnel as well.

Applicants had to come to one of our individual facilities and complete a paper application. We were using local newspapers to advertise our positions which was not producing enough candidates."
