Greenology Magazine launches the World's First online Green Social Network

  • (1888PressRelease) August 14, 2010 - Greenology Magazine, the world's most popular online green magazine, launched its new redesigned, community based, interactive website at 12:00 AM PST on August, 13, 2010. The site, www.GreenologyMagazine.com was designed in direct response to research into what our customers really want - a more interactive, green living community.

    Greenology Magazine's Chief Executive David Lee says: "At Greenology, we have always taken partner (customer) input very seriously, talking and listening to our community partners and taking their views on board. Over the last year we have conducted a series of informal research programs and the results have influenced the new website design and content. Without our loyal partners, we are nothing."

    Greenology is famous for being the world's first online green magazine, and the first to develop and implement "Interactive Reality" throughout the publication and on its new website. "Interactive Reality is a great resource for us, taking an online magazine one step further and making it truly interactive is amazing" Lee said. With Interactive Reality readers can flip through the magazine, click on articles to watch the corresponding video, find similar articles, and leave written and video comments and so much more. "We are always looking for new additions to the magazine and the website, and many more are coming down the road." Lee.

    GreenologyMag.com, which currently receives an average of 1 million visitors a month is hoping to greatly expand its "footprint" in the online world. "Greenology is all about awareness and giving back. It's so great to give back to the community and hopefully with the added membership, we'll be able to do allot more for our community's" Says Brittney Murphy - Executive Vice President.

    Each year, Greenology completes several large, and many more smaller beatification projects around the United States - usually partnering with local Elementary Schools. They donate a certain percent of all proceeds right back to the community.
