  • Wilmington-Newark, DE-MD (1888PressRelease) October 24, 2012 - The primary objective of this course is to impart to its participants the value of conducting proper root cause analysis as part of an investigation system.

This webinar will give participants an understanding of how to planeffective, efficient and thorough investigations, which will help design a process which successfully eliminates recurring failures and deviations.

Both the FDA and EU regulatory bodies continue to cite inadequate failure investigations as a major cause GMP deficiency during both routine and specific, for-cause investigations. This is because most firms take an unsuccessful route to failure investigation, due to which their root cause analysis falls flat.

This course will examine the investigation process from failure identification and notification through documentation. It will also describe various analysis techniques with which to visualize the problem. This session will offer an understanding of the most important skills in reaching correct root cause, as well as common pitfalls in the process.
