G-Lock Email Processor can keep the message on the server, or delete the email, or move it to another folder on the IMAP server or on the local computer.
G-Lock Email Processor can save extracted data into a local or remote database, update the database or delete records from the database based on the extracted data. This program works with ODBC compatible databases like MS Access, MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle and others.
This software offers the user the full-featured report designer to create customized reports inserting the extracted data into the reports. The user can export the reports to PDF or HTML files, or print them instantly. The application can also convert any image file, including multi-page TIFF files, into a PDF file.
G-Lock Email Processor can also send a reply to the message sender either instantly or a few days later. Plus, it can automatically attach any files like HTML or PDF reports to the emails!
