    The webinar, presented though Thomson Reuter's Legal WestEd Center, is intended for attorneys involved in E-Discovery arbitration and litigation and will answer questions such as why special masters are often appointed in conjunction with intensive E-Discovery disputes, how to select a special master, how to litigate well in front of a special master, and the scope of a special master's jurisdiction in court.
