Belle connects users 24/7 to specialists at a UL-Listed, CSAA-Certified Five Diamond central station. Specialists speak with users, view user-provided information and can send emergency personnel or loved ones to help, depending on what is needed.

If Belle users need to be located in an emergency, specialists can transfer them to 911 for location and dispatch and then reconnect with them to wait until help arrives.

Belle features a rechargeable battery that can last up to 30 days per charge, and it comes with an easy-to-use charging cradle. Belle offers users and caregivers the ability to receive low battery and power off email and text message alerts.

Belle is powered by the remotely redundant, cloud-based Orion M2M platform developed by Freeus. Orion fuels the functionality of Freeus products and integrates them with cellular networks and monitoring centers.
