On Jan. 21, Family Restoration and Healing Center along with City of Hope International Worship Centre will sponsor a free workshop for Adult Children Caring for Aging Parents throughout the community. Beginning at noon, professionals will discuss the emotional, nutritional, financial, legal and housing challenges faced by seniors and their family caregivers.

    Estimated 44 million Americans age 18 and older provide unpaid care to older people. Most are ill-prepared.
