  • Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) May 08, 2013 - Catalano stated: "I am so excited to putting on this production because it will give audiences the sense of what it was like to put on an old time radio show in the 1940's. I have always been a fan of the enchanting quality of the original film IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE starring Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed. Our production is going to take audiences back in time to "the way it was" during the golden age of live radio. That means sound effects and commercials done live right on the stage!"

Catalano is best known for his successful theatre books Art of the Monologue, The Creative Audience, White Knight Black Night, The Resting Place and Autumn Sweet. His theatre books have been called a "great studies for would be actors or comedians of any type" by Midwest Book Review. His latest book Rand Unwrapped - Confessions of a Robotech Warrior has been called "A humorous and touching account of the Rand character and the making of the landmark animated series Robotech." His voice will be featured in the upcoming motion picture LOVE LIVE ALIVE slated for release on July 21st.
