Foundation Financial Group appoints Scarrow to new Division General Manager

    Effective immediately, Mark J. Scarrow serves as division general manager for Foundation Financial Group's Charlotte center. To assist with his new duties, Scarrow will draw upon his past work experience. As a past vice president and district manager for HSBC Bank USA, HSBC nominated Scarrow in 2008 for its CEO award. Additionally, he ranked as the No. 1 district manager at HSBC in 2003, 2004 and 2005. Moreover, he received a Six Sigma certification and his division's Human Resources Award in 2007.

    Born in Ontario, Canada, Scarrow pursued his interests and dreams to America. He enrolled in Kenan-Flagler Business School's executive management program at the University of North Carolina. Upon graduating, Scarrow continued his education at Duke University. Scarrow's extensive educational background continues to assist him in his professional endeavors.

    In his personal time, Scarrow enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including golf, baseball and swimming. A strong leader in his community and church, Scarrow volunteers at the Christmas Village Toy Store, Habitat for Humanity and Center of Hope.

    Foundation Financial Group opens a new center in Rochester, N.Y., later this month and plans to further expansion out West with Illinois and Texas centers in the second quarter.
