FOEX Board appoints Markus Lauda as Co-CEO of FOEX GmbH
New appointment: Markus Lauda, Co-CEO aims to accelerate FOEX's growth by extending the company's reach to new markets and industries.
- (1888PressRelease) June 17, 2016 - FOEX GmbH's board of directors has appointed Markus Lauda by an unanimous vote to the new role of Co-CEO of FOEX GmbH. Together with Mr. Raganitsch, Mr. Lauda will share the responsibility of leading the company and ensure that the goals set are being reached effectively.
Peter Raganitsch, the acting Chief Executive Officer of FOEX GmbH, will assume ownership over the technical area supporting Matt Nolan, FOEX's CTO, with the ambitious development plans which have been set for the upcoming releases of the FOEX Plugin Framework, the company's main software solution.
Following the announcement, Mr. Raganitsch commented "From the beginning it was a great pleasure to work with Markus in his role as the Sales Director of FOEX. He's knowledge and effort helped us not only to expand our partner network, but to also shape our future business plan and bring positive changes into our business model."

Markus Lauda holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing Strategy from the University of Vienna. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Lauda has held different positions at various multinational and local businesses within Austria, focusing mostly on B2B sales and indirect sales within the IT industry.
