    Super Lawyers Rising Stars is a listing of outstanding lawyers, from more than 70 practice areas, who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. To qualify attorneys must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for ten years or less. The objective of the selection process is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource to assist in the search for legal counsel.

    Peek maintains a general civil litigation practice, focusing on constitutional law and lawsuits against government entities. She has experience litigating state and federal constitutional issues in a wide variety of contexts, including business regulation, nuisance, takings, election law, public employment, compassionate use, selective enforcement, illegal search and seizure, and excessive force cases. Peek is an active member of the Santa Clara Bar Association, currently serving on its Appellate Courts Committee. She obtained her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law (2004) and her B.A. in English from San Jose State University (2000).

    Practicing civil litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property, commercial and business-related disputes, Wager's experience extends to patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, contract disputes, securities fraud, shareholder derivative suits, class actions and False Claims Act cases. In addition, she has assisted pro bono clients in special education, fair housing and privacy-related matters.
