Most people think of Halloween as a time for fun and treats. However, roughly four times as many children aged 5-14 are killed while walking on Halloween evening compared with other evenings of the year, and falls are a leading cause of injuries among children on Halloween. Many Halloween-related injuries can be prevented if parents closely supervise school-aged children during trick-or-treat activities.

Parents can help prevent children from getting injured on Halloween by following some simple safety tips.

Just For Kicks will be teaching you and your children 18 tips that will help keep you child safe. This is a FREE community event.

A local community leader in children's character and safety development, Just for Kicks Martial Arts, will be hosting a FREE community event to teach local children how they can be safe this Halloween. This educational event will be held on Saturday October 23rd at 12Noon.
