The educational event is open to the public and will include presentations from First Federal of Bucks County, Credit Counseling Center, and Joe McCann, Realtor® from RE/MAX Properties of Newtown. Attendees will learn to navigate the process of credit requirements, various mortgage programs, available assistance with closing costs, the differences between short sale and bank-owned properties, and other topics to prepare to buy a new home. Light refreshments will be served. The program is presented by First Federal of Bucks County, Credit Counseling Center and Joe McCann, Realtor®, RE/MAX Properties, Ltd.
