First Ever PAN India Ms. Extraordinary Plus Size Contest for Plus Size Women
I AM THE WORLD has launched a special Ms. Extraordinary Plus Size Beauty Contest at PAN India level that has brought Plus Size women on the ramp to flaunt their curvaceous beauty and uplift their level of confidence.
- (1888PressRelease) May 15, 2018 - I AM THE WORLD, the young inspiring organization work with the aim to find the great opportunities for women to uplift their role and significance in the society. After tasting the savor of the success of the previous event “Miss Exclusive 40 Plus” they have decided to do more for women. Thus, their endeavor efforts to boost the spirit of women empowerment has proven successful once again. They have commemorated the spirit of plus size beauty by successfully launching the “Ms. Exclusive Plus Size Contest” on 28th & 29th April 2018 at ITC Hotel, Dwarka, New Delhi.
This Plus Size beauty pageant contest was organized at the PAN India level, where participants were welcomed from all the part of India. Finally, 11 finalists were selected who were moved to semi-final & final round held on 28th & 29th April 2018. These 11 finalists were - Aayushi Karanwal, Akansha Dutta, Ananya Vats, Jeesha Chowdhury, Kalpana C. Tatipamula, Keerti Aggarwal, Megha R. Singh, Munira S. Ray, Neha G. Mehta, Shreeya Verma, and Sonam B. Saluja.
In the show, these 11 finalists were assayed on the basis of Ramp Walk, Sports Round, and Talent Hunt Round and out of which Jeesha Chowdhury was the winner of the Ms. Exclusive Plus Size Contest. Munira S. Ray and Megha R. Singh was the first & second runner-up respectively.
The founder of “I AM THE WORLD” and the organizer of the contest, Sana Murab Saini says “I am happy that women have started loving themselves in their original beauty, now they are up in the confidence. I believe that it is not the only outfit that can deck up your overall persona, your confidence is the bi
ggest accessory to accentuate yourself and how you are handling it is actually a true beauty spirit. She added that having plus-size doesn’t mean that you are not meant to move out of your shell, in fact, one should have the courage to accept the real beauty.”
After winning an invincible crown, winner Jeesha Chowdhury shared her experience and stated that "I have freed myself from the pressure of having a perfect body. The perfect body is a myth! Beauty Comes in all shapes and sizes."
First Runner-Up, Ms. Munira S. Ray was feeling proud to be in the race for uplifting the spirit of plus size beauty. She stated that "Plus Size Models or whatever the hell you want to call them are changing the shape of the fashion industry."
Followed by this, Second Runner-Up, Megha R. Singh was so happy excited to be in this position that she simply quoted a beautiful line that "Fat and Glam ......don't give a damn."
