  • (1888PressRelease) December 05, 2010 - Action week for Global Information Sharing 2010 (AGIS'10) is arranged in Delhi, India during 1-7 December, 2010. The vision of AGIS is to make translation and localization tools and technologies freely available which will enable citizens of all nations and languages to gain access to knowledge. AGIS'10 will be attended by prominent personalities from India & abroad working in Language field. Filose - a leading localization company, is going to exhibit its language technology skills in the event.

    The AGIS week (01-07 December 2010) is divided into two parts. The first part (01-04 December) a pre-conference event will be devoted to training in localization. The second part (06-07 December) will focus on human networking, talks, presentations, posters and debates in the best tradition of AGIS.

    OBJECTIVES of AGIS'10 :

    The Certified Localization Professional (CLP) course offered by The Institute of Localization Professionals (TILP) in cooperation with CDAC Pune will lead to professional localization certification with localization tools and technologies focusing on Asian languages for all participating translators and localizers.
