FAAA Secures Gold at 2025 Titan Business Awards for Digital Excellence

The accolade recognises the joint efforts of FAAA and 3PM in delivering a powerful digital transformation project that improves access to financial information, advice, and education for all Australians.
The award-winning project, “Improving Access to Financial Information, Advice & Education,” was delivered in partnership with 3 Phase Marketing (3PM) and marked a significant milestone for the FAAA. Following the merger of two peak industry bodies, the initiative unified the organisation’s digital presence under a single, streamlined platform serving over 10,000 financial advice professionals, consumers, and government stakeholders.
The project was a strategic response to the merger of two peak bodies, addressing the need for a cohesive and future-ready digital platform. With a legacy site spanning over 1,000 pages, 3PM’s challenge was to streamline content, simplify navigation, and elevate user engagement while advancing financial literacy across Australia.
Launched in April 2024, the revitalised site includes intuitive navigation, tailored user journeys, and the introduction of Money & Life - a dedicated public resource hub. The results have been impressive: double-digit growth in both engaged sessions and average session duration, underscoring the platform’s growing value to the profession and the public alike.
