Experts discuss the UK’s RAS modernisation at Military Robotics and Autonomous Systems 2020

  • (1888PressRelease) May 27, 2020 - Recently, the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL) announced the investment of £5milion for five brand-new autonomous land vehicle systems, as part of advancing the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Transformation Fund commitments for the British Army. This forms part of early de-risking work to increase the MOD’s understanding of the capabilities and limitations of these systems in areas such as mobility, vulnerabilities and safety.
