Experienced Plymouth MI buyer's agent Joins Piperpartners.com real estate team
California native Robert "Bob" Schaeffer joined Piperpartners.com at Keller Williams Realty, in the middle of August, bringing his diverse background and experience with him.
- (1888PressRelease) November 03, 2011 - Piperpartners.com Plymouth-Canton Real Estate team announces the addition of tech-savvy experienced real estate agent Bob Schaeffer to its Plymouth-Canton real estate team.
Schaeffer, who grew up in El Segundo, Calif., received his undergraduate degree from California State University and his M.B.A. from Pepper dine University. He then worked in the aerospace industry for nearly 30 years before moving to Michigan, where he worked at General Motors for three years. "I bring a business mentality, a finance mentality and my background in engineering so I like to provide my clients with lots of information to help in making decisions about purchasing a property," Schaeffer said.
Schaeffer previously worked at Coldwell Banker in Plymouth, MI for seven years. His former co-worker, Realtor, Nancy Austin, now at Piper Partners, encouraged him to make the move to Piper Partners. "He's experienced, honest, trustworthy and dependable. He knows his business, he's professional and he's always helpful " Austin said of her once-again co-worker.
Working with first-time buyers is one of Schaffer's favorite parts of the real estate business. "I like how excited they are about buying a home and guiding them through this important decision process." he said. Bob also likes working with real estate investors which appeals to his highly analytical side. "Investors generally like to make decisions based on the numbers. "I like to help investors make decisions based on strong financial analysis." He added. Schaeffer has been married for 30 years and has two adult sons. In his free time, he enjoys golf, watching college football and yard work. "Most people think I'm crazy, but I think it's therapeutic to mow the lawn," he said.
