These new positions will directly support Infinity Contact's new client, a leading internet search engine provider. Founded in 1996, Infinity Contact specializes in the design and implementation of integrated contact programs using live voice, SMS, chat, and e-mail to help clients acquire and retain customers. Clients span multiple industries including: digital services, software, automotive, education, manufacturing, retail and financial services.

Full-time position hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Positions include both English and French speaking agents.
