eWomenNetwork Foundation names Julie Fincher Emerging Leader of the Year

  • Knoxville, TN (1888PressRelease) April 13, 2011 - The eWomenNetwork Foundation Emerging Leader Program reaches out to young women between the ages of 22-29 who are already demonstrating excellence in the areas of academics, entrepreneurship and philanthropy. Their aim is to seek out the "bright and the bright eyed" and recognize them for their accomplishments and commitment, particularly as it relates to an ethic of integrating giving back into their professional pursuits.

    Julie Fincher, now 24 (23 at the time of award), is the owner of Babysitter Express. While attending school full-time and working full-time, Julie was determined to make the community a better place to live and work by providing a service for the community that was innovative and very much needed. Julie's company, Babysitter Express, is an advocate for healthy kids and healthy families. Julie will graduate from the University of Tennessee on May 13, 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business.

    Julie was also featured as the "Meet Girl" in the April 2011 edition of Skirt Magazine in Knoxville, Tennessee.
