  • (1888PressRelease) September 05, 2012 - Espace Textile will support four textile specialist companies from the Rhône-Alpes region of South-Eastern France, under the French Savoir-Faire banner: it will be Espace Textile's sixth participation in the Indigo Home Edition and MoOD trade fairs, with a collective delegation made up of key regional players, mostly design studios.

Every year, Indigo brings together the leading international design studios for the home-interiors sector from all over the world. From 11 to 13 September of this year, in Brussels, the event will take place jointly with MoOD, the leading trade show for soft furnishings. Together, the trade fairs attract more than 12,000 visitors from 100 countries.

Espace Textile has defined four contrasting decorative Home Environment® trends for 2013, which have the ability to surprise and generate genuine emotion - a sought-after factor for consumers. The trends for 2013 will involve the idea of being both sensible and extravagant, and of restrained sophistication and colour, all mixed with elegance.

    - The Classic Excentric© home-interiors trend displays timeless, unchanging chic that will never disappoint. Using wool, leather and fur, as well as embossed, wood and quilted effects, geometric patterns and stylised flowers, this trend is made special by its uniqueness and fanciness.

    - The Nature Hybride© is an understated trend, which combines authentic, yet simple, design with rustic and industrial influences, while carrying hints of humour and poetry. This trend involves light and fresh textiles that are covered in plant motifs, stripes and vintage figurative images, as well as various shades of colour, from bright yellow to glossy aluminium.

    - The Color Boheme© is a cosy home-interiors trend that uses bold textile compositions and eclectic juxtapositions of fleecy and fluffy materials, for example. Strong, flamboyant colours and a gypsy style make up lavish furniture.

    - The Trip Tropic© trend brings the holiday to the home through tangy colours, bright whites and iconographic Latino patterns. Exuberant textiles create a luminous atmosphere for both indoor and outdoor design.
