With Pack Start the manager can monitor the activity in real time on its Smartphone or tablet (statistics related to the number of visitors, waiting times, etc.).

    eZQ™ Sensor automates and speeds up the check-out process. A single queue is installed in front of the check-out counters. When one is available, the next customer is called on the video screen and by sound announcement. Customers can then easily see which check-out is available next.

    eTrack™ Start, solution dedicated to the Collect department, manages all the order steps : preparation, monitoring, delivery, etc. Customers can check the status of their order (processing, ready, etc.) directly on screen and are called by SMS when it's ready.
