The Skagit Public Utility District (PUD) operates the most expansive water system in Skagit County, WA, with 25,087 metered services, serving approximately 70,000 people an average of nine million gallons of water per day. With over 70 employees, Skagit PUD has a reputation of being very progressive in its business processes, and has won numerous awards for resource stewardship and water quality.

Skagit PUD conducted a thorough review of Enterprise solutions during a multi-year selection process, considering all of the major vendors in the mid-tier utility marketplace.
