Erin Desharnais and Viju Mathew, Conditioning Specialists trainers have been working with SB Fit Kidz to provide their professional fitness expertise by motivating, encouraging, and enlightening the local youth of Santa Barbara.

By teaming up with SB Fit Kidz, Erin Desharnais and Viju Mathew have had the opportunity to increase the local Santa Barbara youth's ability to live a healthy lifestyle.
Director Andra Wilson has expressed her vision for SBFitKidz "to see children throughout the Santa Barbara area experience as many different sports as possible, gain a stronger awareness of personal health and diet and begin to be pro-active in making smart choices about their physical fitness." SBFitKidz pride themselves in knowing they are bringing nothing but the best professionals from Santa Barbara to inspire and educate the kids of their summer program.
Ranging from ages 4-10, these children are learning the fundamentals of fitness and nutrition while implementing their knowledge through fun and social activities. Erin and Viju assist in making sure every kid leaves the day not only feeling great after a day of fun but that each understand the steps it takes to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. Although Erin and Viju participated in this program to inspire and motivate these young kids, it was inevitable that they would leave with a little inspiration themselves.
