The certification is designed to help professionals learn how to successfully help new home buyers overcome the hurdles of finding the right property and secure financing to purchase their first home as well as teaching professionals how to best communicate with new home buyers to provide the highest quality of service in helping them through the complexities of the home buying process, to determine the features and locations of available properties and to balance these desires with their ability to finance it.
Eray Erdogan said, "With this training I now have the knowledge I need to help clients who want to own a home through the purchasing process, and understand what programs may be available to them on local, State and Federal levels. Because these topics can be challenging for new homebuyers, I intend to offer First Time Buyer Workshops to educate them."

Fluent in Turkish as well as English, he has lived as far abroad as the U.K. and Switzerland. Eray enjoys working with people of widely differing backgrounds and is an alumnus of Dogus University, where he earned a degree in Computer Engineering. He likes to play basketball, go skiing and compete on the tennis courts when he isn't busy helping his clients.
