  • (1888PressRelease) December 15, 2012 - Ecocamel, a leader in shower head manufacture, announced the launch of revamped Jetstorm series water saving shower heads. One is the plain jetstorm and the other is the jetstorm E series.

The revamped Jetstorm hand held showerhead has received a facelift. The faceplate is a new design with wipe clean rubber nodule technology. "This showerhead high pressure type was developed after extensive research of user experience and our testing with a variety of water types," stated a representative. "Rubber nodules prevent build up of scales. In addition the redesigned Jetstorm high pressure shower head features a unique patented twin injet valve technology. Users are in for a wonderful experience and at the same time they save water, money and energy. The control valve lets users control water flow regardless of water pressure. The water consumption of the redesigned Jetstorm is a miserly 8 liters per minute. "And of course it has the unique Aircore Technology that injects air directly into the water flow for a powerful flow with minimum water usage."

The stylish Jetstorm E series power showerhead takes the concept a step further. It works in conjunction with electric showers and promises an enhanced flow quality while the power settings reducing power consumption. The entire showerhead has a sleeker, streamlined and contoured look that fits comfortably in your hand.

Both Jetstorm and Jetstorm E series fit into the standard hose. Replacement takes only a couple of minutes and you are set to enjoy the advantages of Twin Injet and AirCore technologies. Air enters from a hole at the base of the handle and mixes with the water stream. This creates turbulence and enhanced pressure inside the head while minimizing use of water. Water is ejected through the showerhead at a greater pressure.

"Both models of Jetstream are the outcome of research, thousands of hours of design and testing before entering full scale production stages. Our claims are backed by comprehensive test results. Tests were conducted at the Liverpool John Moores University in relation to water savings. Our study shows a projected saving of about 56000 litres a year in respect of each showerhead, based on the usage patterns of a family of four, saving about 60 to 70 percent each year" said the spokesman, enumerating the outstanding features of Jetstorm hand held shower heads, details of which are available on their website http://www.ecocamel.com.

The makers also claim that inclusion of air in water droplets gives it a cushiony soft effect on the skin and wet it thoroughly while reducing the splashing effect. Is it worth the money? "You can say it represents more than full value for money. The pleasure factor is something you experience and one that cannot be described in words. Apart from that it saves energy and water, both of vital concern in this age of conservation," said the spokesman in response. "Simply put, it is one of the best showerheads around. Ecocamel has a winner in its hands."
