  • Charleston-North Charleston, SC (1888PressRelease) November 02, 2010 - Carol Williams, Founder of East Cooper Entrepreneurial Women (ECEW) and Real Estate Professional for Keller Williams Realty, announced today that the ECEW's last Lunch, Learn & Earn of 2010 will take place Tuesday, November 9, 2010 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Water's Edge on Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant. November's luncheon will feature Sonya Giffin of StrategicPartner who will speak on 'How to Sell When No One is Buying.'     Giffin will talk about ingenious strategies that help gain control of the sales process which in turn allows for more business opportunities, more productivity and more time. She'll teach luncheon attendees how to win more sales from their proposals, cut down the time of sale cycles and hire the right salesperson for the job. Williams talked about the value of Giffin's appearance. She said, "We're excited to hear about Sonya's helpful strategies because we are all busy women that just want to get our products and services sold.     Giffin currently manages StrategicPartner's Charleston office, helping companies and individuals grow, expand and reach their true potential through proven sales force development and executive coaching strategies and practices. Before joining StrategicPartner, Giffin made her mark in a variety of industries, including software, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and consulting, continuously surpassing business goals. Giffin has also helped companies like Pfizer, Inc., Bell Atlantic Mobile and Ariel Research Corporation become top sales performer in their respective regions. Six years prior to that, Giffin operated Giffin Consulting Group, a training and consulting firm dedicated to delivering sales, strategy and leadership solutions to major corporate accounts throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
