Dtown Insurance Receives 2024 Top Customer Retention Award from CSAA Insurance Group
CSAA Insurance Group, AAA's roadside auto and home insurance carrier, released the 2024 Top Agency Customer Retention Awards for auto and home insurance.

Doylestown, PA's AAA insurance agency, Dtown Insurance, placed first with a remarkable 92.90% retention rate. This is the second consecutive year that Dtown Insurance placed first in the Entrepreneurial Agency channel.
Only two agencies qualified for the 2024 Top Agency Retention Award. To qualify, the agency had to achieve a combined (auto/home insurance) retention rate of over 90%. As a point of comparison, the industrywide personal lines insurance client retention rate is 84%.
