Bangor, ME (1888PressRelease) June 22, 2013 - Dragon Boat Racing is an app with a difference. It is the first app on the market to stimulate dragon boat racing whilst also drawing upon ancient folklore through its challenging races and storyline.

The player can choose to race against another player, challenge themselves to beat the course record or race their boat against the mighty Thunder Dragon. A thrilling ride not for the faint hearted, you must control your own boat as you race down the Yangtze River in China, Fraser River in Canada and the Mississippi River in the USA. Racers tap the on-screen drum to control the speed of the boat and by tilting the device the dragon boat is navigated down the river. Obstacles are to be avoided.

You start off on the practice course - to 'Awaken the Dragon' where the Dragon Master teaches you how to race a dragon boat.

There are three different levels of complexity, Easy, Medium and Hard and racers can create and name their own Dragon Boat.

Dragon Boat Racing is a fun app that is intuitive in its design, challenging to master and mystical in its storytelling.
