The 'World HRD Congress' is an established professional HR body in existence for over two decades functioned by eminent personalities. This process which was spread over 5 months invited organizations to nominate under various categories. They were required to do a paper presentation with evidences. The papers were further shortlisted by jury of renowned and established professionals further to which, the organizations are called to make presentations to a different set of juries of prominent stature. Out of these, selected companies are further ratified by their OGPS scale and auditors.
