After hearing the Notorious B.I.G.'s debut album "Ready to Die" as a youth, he decided right then and there to make music his life's work. During his teens he began honing his craft as a spin-master, crafting beats and deejaying local parties.

    In the past two years under the tutelage of mentor & manager Adante Ace, DJ Chris Dollar has become a staple of the New York party and club scene. Chris has appeared on the same bill with many legendary turntablists. Deejays such as Funkmaster Flex, DJ SnS,  Dj Envy, Dj Self, DJ Camilo, DJ Prostyle and others have all welcomed DJ Chris Dollar into the "party rocker fraternity"
