The flooring company has been in business for over 10 years in Vero Beach, and due to customer demand has created a brand new flooring product.

Recently Designer's Touch was working with an architect that is building a custom home in a private resort community in Vero Beach. The customer wanted a custom floor that was very expensive and had to be imported. The Customer wanted to try to buy an American made product that did not have to be imported, so the architect went to local store owners around Vero Beach and asked them to try to match the stain.

Kim Black, owner of Designer's Touch Flooring has been in the sand, stain and finish field of custom hardwood floors for over 10 years. Kim had already had years of experience in matching custom hardwood stains. So, when she saw what style of custom stained hardwood the customer wanted, she decided to make similar samples to see if she could match what was already on the market. Well, she did make close matches to the existing product, but the home owner actually liked her wood samples better than what they had already chosen. As a result, a new product line has been born.
