    A former Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Dallas-based Brinker International Inc., Mr. Callaway most recently worked in the Dallas office of Underwood Perkins, P.C. He maintains an AV Preeminent rating from the lawyer-rating service Martindale Hubbell, the highest peer review rating available.
