The property houses back office operations for the electronics giant.

    As exclusive leasing agents for the building, Christian Politan and Bonni Heller of Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, N.J., office represented building owner JENI, LLC in the transaction. John Oh and Paul March of CB Richard Ellis represented Samsung.
