Cushman & Wakefield Adds Two Project Managers to N.J. Team

Industry Veterans Bruni and D'Amico Supporting Construction-Related Needs End Quote

Bergen-Passaic, NJ (1888PressRelease) March 01, 2012 - Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., has expanded its New Jersey team with the addition of two seasoned project management professionals. Luciano Bruni of Franklin Lakes, N.J., and Steven D'Amico of Ramsey, N.J., came on board this winter as senior project directors in the company's Corporate Occupier Services practice in East Rutherford.

In their new roles, D'Amico and Bruni are supporting Cushman & Wakefield's brokerage and property management professionals with any construction-related requirements. This includes preparing budgets and schedules for proposals to potential clients, as well as running entire build-out or ground-up projects for existing customers-including planning, design and construction team assembly, and coordinating implementation from start to finish.

Bruni's 22 years of experience span all facets of the real estate process, from site acquisition, contract execution, design, project/construction management, and building delivery in the office, retail and healthcare sectors. As an accomplished real estate and construction executive, he has deep expertise in the coordination of capital projects, budget and cost analysis, the RFP and bidding processes, design and space planning, code compliance, value engineering and contract and lease negotiations. Bruni serves as an advisory board member for Saint Clare's Hospital in Sussex, N.J. He earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.

D'Amico has more than 20 years of project management experience in the commercial real estate and life sciences industries. He has worked in senior positions as a project manager, manufacturing engineer, and business development professional for some of the world's largest and most well respected construction and project management firms. D'Amico currently serves as assistant executive director of the Construction Roundtable (CRT) of New Jersey. He holds a bachelor's degree in project management from the Colorado Technical Institute as well as advanced electronics training from the United States Navy.
