The Mahwah, N.J.-based company's portfolio includes 350,000 square feet of grocery-anchored shopping centers and free-standing single net-leased properties with a tenant roster that includes HSBC, Walgreens and Wells Fargo Bank.

    In his new role, Mr. Giglio is responsible for shopping center agencies, as well as the oversight of Crossroads' information technology and legal divisions. A graduate of Ithaca College and Fordham Law School, he is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of real estate and computer technology experience.
