  • (1888PressRelease) January 31, 2014 - As more organisations seek globalisation, companies are now stepping out of their current - and sometimes individualistic - view of conducting business. According to the Mumbai-based BPO Company, in the outsourcing industry - where relationships are often governed by long-distance, the C4 approach is a critical lifeline in the relationship.

Senior panellists from enterprise organisations to be announced will join WNS in the conversation, which includes discussion on three key business objectives that can be achieved by utilising this approach.

Nimesh Akhauri, Corporate SVP Head of Sales Europe at WNS Global Services and member of the 2014 SSON Steering Committee, will moderate the discussion, entitled "C4 - Cooperation, Coordination, Collaboration, Commitment: An Approach for Creating Winning Business Relationships". The panel will take place at 5:15pm on Tuesday, 13th May 2014.

"BPM relationships are governed by long distances. Further, buyer-provider relationships in the BPM industry are complicated by the exchange of business processes, customer data, investments, technology platforms IP and human capital between the buyer and provider. Managing the complexities in such a partnership requires a great deal of cooperation, coordination, collaboration and of course commitment (the C4 approach) from both sides. At WNS, we have found this approach to be highly effective in helping achieve key business outcomes for us and our clients," says Nimesh Akhauri.

The SS&O Week, hosted by the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON) , will offer sessions, workshops and round tables on additional topics ranging from the rise of GBS, Data Visualisation, Digital Enterprising amongst others, with a speaker faculty comprised of representatives from Shell, BT, Ingersoll Rand, John Lewis, JTI and Oakley.

The conference will take place at the Convention Centre Dublin, Ireland from 12-15 May, 2014. The 2014 event programme is available online at www.ssoweek.com.
