Trevon Rubbins, who previous studied at Bible College and is now actively pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Colorado Technical University, founded his organization in February 2011.

As founder and CEO for his own record label, Grind Now and Hustle Later Empire, Mr. Rubbins records his own music, distributes and promotes it, all in an effort to get his name out there. He has acted as well, and has credits for playing supporting roles in several movies and music videos.
